Internationales LIONS regioCAMP Rhein-Mosel 2021
In diesem Jahr wird in Zusammenarbeit mit dem LIONS Club Dieblich und den Lions Clubs der Region ein kombiniertes regioCAMP für internationale Teilnehmer virtuell geöffnet. Aufgrund der Corona-Pandemie können seit 2020 keine klassischen LIONS Youth Exchange Camps in Deutschland mehr durchgeführt werden. Aus diesem Grund organisieren wir in 2021 das erste HYBRIDE LIONS Rhein-Mosel regioCAMP kombiniert mit einem virtuellen Lions Youth Exchange Camp in Winningen (kurz: LIONS regioCAMP).
Hybrides LIONS regioCAMP Rhein-Mosel 2021
Die Besonderheit des HYBRIDEN Camps ist, dass eine Teilnahme aufgrund der pandemischen Situation sowohl in PRÄSENZ als auch VIRTUELL möglich ist.
Unsere Berufsorientierung mit Ferienfreizeit findet in diesem Jahr in Form von Tages-Mitmach-Veranstaltungen (ohne Übernachtung) auf dem Gelände der Marina Winningen / Mosel sowie in teilnehmenden Unternehmen statt. Zusätzlich organisieren wir ein Ferien-Zeltlager auf dem traumhaft schön gelegenen Campingareal der Ferieninsel Winningen an der Mosel. Die VIRTUELLE Teilnahme wird über die FindMe!-APP ermöglicht.
Das Hybride LIONS regioCAMP Rhein-Mosel 2021 ist bereits das zweite hybride regioCAMP im LIONS District 111-MS jedoch das erste, das gemeinsam mit internationalen Jugendlichen im Rahmen eines LIONS YOUTH EXCHANGE durchgeführt wird.
In der Zeit vom 18. Juli bis 31. Juli 2021 bieten wir zahlreiche spannende Aktivitäten für Jugendliche, um trotz der durch die Corona-Pandemie verursachten Einschränkungen gemeinsam Spaß zu haben und internationale Freundschaften schließen zu können.
Ein kostenloser Shuttle-Bus ist täglich von Koblenz Hauptbahnhof bis zur Marina Winningen im Einsatz.
Altersvoraussetzungen: 16-21 Jahre für die internationalen bzw. 14-21 Jahre für die regionalen Jugendlichen.
Die Teilnahme am LIONS regioCAMP 2021, sowie Verpflegung und Getränke sind kostenlos; keine Campgebühr! Für die am Ferien-Zeltlager teilnehmenden Jugendlichen erheben wir lediglich eine Kaution von 100 € pro Person pro Woche, die nach Ende der erfolgten Teilnahme am Camp an die Teilnehmer:innen rückerstattet wird. Damit sollen "Luftbuchungen" vermieden werden. Bei sozialen Härtefällen übernehmen wir selbstverständlich diese Gebühr. Bitte sprechen Sie uns gerne darauf an!
Die Anzahl der teilnehmenden Jugendlichen ist auf 20 virtuelle und 30 Teilnehmer in Präsenz vor Ort begrenzt (Achtung: das Zeltlager ist limitiert auf 20 Plätze, daher bitte rechtzeitig anmelden!)
Die Camp-Sprachen sind Deutsch und Englisch.

Begrüßung und Einweisung (18.07.2021 / 14:00 Uhr MEZ): ---ONLINE---
Am Sonntag, den 18. Juli findet ab 14:00 Uhr die Begrüßung und die Einweisung in die Regeln des LIONS regioCAMPs statt. Danach lernen sich die regioCAMPER gegenseitig kennen.
Die Veranstaltung erfolgt ONLINE als ZOOM-Videokonferenz über den Link in der FindMe!-APP.
Wie in den Vorjahren werden wir durch Teamer von Rock Your Life e.V. Köln unterstützt.
International LIONS regioCAMP Rhein-Mosel 2021
This year, in cooperation with the LIONS Club Dieblich and the Lions Clubs of the region, a combined regioCAMP will be opened virtually to international participants. Due to the corona pandemic, classic LIONS Youth Exchange Camps can no longer be held in Germany since 2020. For this reason we are organizing the first HYBRIDE LIONS Rhein-Mosel regioCAMP in combination with a virtual Lions YEX Camp in Winningen (short: LIONS regioCAMP) in 2021.
Hybrid LIONS regioCAMP Rhine-Mosel 2021
The specialty of the HYBRID camp is that due to the pandemic situation participation is possible both in PRESENCE and VIRTUAL.
Our Career orientation with leisure time will take place this year in the form of dayly events (without overnight stays) on the grounds of the Winningen / Mosel marina and in participating companies.
Moreover we are organizing a HOLIDAY CAMPING (with tents and campfire) at the beautiful campsite Ferieninsel Winningen at the river Moselle. VIRTUAL participation is made possible via the FindMe! APP.
The hybrid LIONS regioCAMP Rhein-Mosel 2021 is already the second hybrid regioCAMP in the LIONS District 111-MS, but the first one to be carried out together with international young people in combination with a LIONS YOUTH EXCHANGE.
From July 18 to July 31, 2021, we offer numerous exciting activities for young people to have fun together and make international friends despite the restrictions caused by the corona pandemic.
A
free shuttle bus runs daily from Koblenz main station to the Winningen marina.
Age requirements: 16-21 years for the international and 14-21 years for the regional youth.
Participation in the LIONS regioCAMP 2021, as well as food and drinks, are free of charge; no camp fee!
The number of participating young people is limited to 20 virtual and 30 more on-site.
The camp languages are German and English.
Our program:
Welcome and briefing (07/18/2021 / 2:00 p.m. CET): --- ONLINE ---
On Sunday, July 18th, starting at 2:00 p.m., the participants will be welcomed and instructed in the rules of the LIONS regioCAMP. Then our regioCAMPERs get to know each other.
The event takes place ONLINE as a ZOOM video conference via the link in the FindMe! APP.
As in former years we will be supported by teamer of Rock Your Life e.V. Cologne.
Feierliche Eröffnungsveranstaltung (19.07.2021 / 10:00 Uhr MEZ): ---HYBRID---
Im Rahmen einer kleinen Feierstunde mit geladenen Gästen in der Marina Winningen erfolgt die feierliche Eröffnung des LIONS regioCAMPs 2021 durch Ministerin Daniela Schmitt vom Ministerium für Wirtschaft, Verkehr, Landwirtschaft und Weinbau Rheinland-Pfalz.

As part of a small ceremony with invited guests in the Marina Winningen, the opening ceremony of the LIONS regioCAMP 2021 will take place by Minister Daniela Schmitt from the Rhineland-Palatinate Ministry of Economics, Transport, Agriculture and Viticulture.
Berufs- und Studienorientierung (20.07.-30.07. / 09:00 - 14:30 Uhr MEZ) ---HYBRID---
Im regioCAMP Talente und berufliche Neigungen entdecken!
Einzigartig ist die Kombination aus Klassischem Youth Exchange Camp und dem regioCAMP, einem seit mehren Jahren mit Unterstützung des Lions Clubs Dieblich und vielen engagierten Organisationen und Netzwerkpartnern durchgeführten Berufsorientierungs-Camps für Jugendliche aus der Region.
Bei Besuchen und Tages-Schnupper-Praktika in regionalen Firmen zeigen wir auf, welche beruflichen Perspektiven, Praktikums-, Ausbildungsplätze und (dualen) Studienmöglichkeiten unsere Region für in- und ausländische junge Menschen zu bieten hat. Wir probieren uns in kreativem künstlerischen Gestalten aus und schnuppern in handwerkliche und MINT-Berufe hinein.

Career and study orientation (07/20 - 07/30 / 09:00 - 14:30 CET) --- HYBRID ---
Discover talents and professional inclinations in regioCAMP!
The combination of the Classic Youth Exchange Camp and the regioCAMP, a career orientation camp for young people from the region that has been carried out for several years with the support of the Lions Club Dieblich and many organizations and network partners, is unique.
During visits and one-day taster internships in regional companies, we show what professional perspectives, internships, apprenticeships and (dual) study opportunities our region has to offer young people from Germany and abroad. We try out creative artistic design and get a taste of manual and MINT- professions.
Together with craft businesses from the region, we are working on the construction of our "Sustainable Houseboat" project and provide insights into craft trades.
All offers are LIVE on site and as well VIRTUAL via the FindMe! -APP.
Daneben bieten wir verschiedene Workshops an:
in einer gut belüfteten großen Bootshalle der Marina Winningen werkeln wir gemeinsam mit Handwerksbetrieben aus der Region an unseren Nachhaltigkeitsprojekten, wie unserem "Nachhaltigen Hausboot“ oder mit dem Social Startup Project Wings an einer "Couch aus Ecobricks".

In a large, well-ventilated boat shed at Marina Winningen, we work together with regional craftsmen on our sustainability projects, such as our "Sustainable Houseboat" or with the social startup Project Wings on a "Couch made of Ecobricks".
Freut euch auf einen spannenden Foto-Workshop mit dem aus Funk und Fernsehen bekannten Fotografen Herbert Piel sowie einer virtuellen Führung durch seine Foto-Ausstellung "5-Days-Ancient-Silk-Road". (Foto unten mit freundlicher Genehmigung von Herbert Piel). Macht mit bei unserem Profi-Video-Workshop, unseren DiGi-Days mit IoT und LiveHacking und sogar einem CYBERCRIME Workshop der Polizei. Oder entfaltet euch in unseren Ideen- und Erfinder-Workshops u.a. mit Buch-Autor und Ideenrocker Martin Gaedt und dem Erfinderclub Deutsches Eck e.V. Koblenz.

Team-Challenges:
In gemischten Teams aus virtuellen und physischen Jugendlichen lösen wir gemeinsam eine Reihe von kreativen und künstlerischen Aufgaben, spielen Online-Spiele, stellen uns spannenden sozialen Herausforderungen und tauschen uns in Diskussionen am Lagerfeuer aus. Dies erfolgt in Kooperation mit der Hochschule Koblenz. Welches Team wird Sieger bei unserem internationalen hybriden Schnupper-Charity-Golf-Turnier und welches Team wird diesjähriger Camp-Champion?
Das nur wenige 100m entfernte Freibad Winningen sorgt für eine Abkühlung an heißen Tagen oder nach dem Beach-Volleyball.
Leisure program: (19.07.-30.07. / 3: 00-6: 00 p.m. CET) --- HYBRID ---
Team challenges:
In mixed teams of virtual and physical young people, we solve a number of creative and artistic tasks together, play online games, face exciting social challenges and exchange ideas in discussions around the campfire. This will be supported by the University of Applied Sciences Koblenz. Which team will be the winner of our international Charity-Golf-Tournament and which team will rock our Camp-Championship?
The outdoor pool in Winningen only a few 100m away provides cooling on hot days or after a beach volleyball game.
Kultur und Völkerverständigung:
Koch und back mit uns die Lieblingsgerichte unserer Teilnehmer:innen in unseren Cooking-Events.
Natürlich mit anschließendem Candle-Light-Dinner!
Und wer mit uns vor Ort ist, den laden wir nachmittags zum Schwimmen ins Freibad Winningen ein.
Jeden Dienstag treffen wir uns mit den regionalen LIONS- und LEO-Clubs zu einem gemeinsamen Vortragsabend in der Bootshalle der Marina Winningen und stellen internationale sozial nachhaltige Projekte wie das "Friedensdorf" oder "Project Wings" vor .
Culture and international understanding:
Cook and bake the favorite dishes of our participants with us in our cooking events.
With a candlelight dinner afterwards, of course!
And if you are there with us, we invite you to swim in the Winningen outdoor pool in the afternoon.
Every Tuesday we will meet the local LIONS and LEO clubs to a lecture evening in the boat hall of the Marina Winningen and present international, socially sustainable projects like the "Friedensdorf (Peace-Village)" or "Project Wings".
Virtual Sightseeing:
Wir wollen viele Eindrücke aus unserer schönen Region vermitteln, denn die Region hat einiges zu bieten!
Die Mosel mit den herrlichen Weinbergen, die Welterbe Region Oberes Mittelrheintal und die Vulkaneifel mit dem höchsten Kaltwasser-Geysir sowie den wunderschönen Maaren und Basalthöhlen, nur um einige Beispiele zu nennen.
Die Jugendlichen erwartet daher ein abwechslungsreiches Sightseeing-Programm. Eine romantischen Bootsfahrt auf dem Rhein ist natürlich obligatorisch, ebenso wie ein Besuch im Lava-Dom oder dem Geysir Andernach. Eine HYBRIDE Schnitzeljagd führt uns durch "erlebbare Orte der Demokratie" in Koblenz und mit der Seilbahn geht es nach dem Besuch am Deutschen Eck hoch auf die Festung Ehrenbreitstein.
Eine Ruderpartie auf der Mosel - begleitet von unseren Freunden von der DLRG - gehört selbstverständlich auch dazu!
Wer nicht in Präsenz dabei sein kann, nimmt virtuell an unseren 360° Touren per VR-Brille teil.
Virtual sightseeing:
We want to convey many impressions from our beautiful region, because the region has a lot to offer!
The Moselle with its wonderful vineyards, the World Heritage region of the Upper Middle Rhine Valley and the Vulkaneifel with the highest cold water geyser as well as the wonderful maars and basalt caves, just to name a few examples.
The young people can therefore expect a varied sightseeing program. A romantic boat trip on the Rhine is of course mandatory, as well as a visit to the Lava Cathedral or the Andernach geyser. A HYBRID Scavenger hunt will lead us througt "places of democracy" in Koblenz and by Cable Car after visiting "Deutsches Eck" we will go up to Ehrenbreitstein Fortress.
A rowing trip on the Moselle is of course included!
Those who cannot be present can take part virtually in our 360 ° tours using VR glasses.
ACTIVITIES:
Sowohl die Jugendlichen vor Ort als auch die internationalen virtuellen Teilnehmer werden aufgefordert, sich aktiv an allen Aktivitäten für einen echten Austausch zu beteiligen. Die Einbindung von Teilnehmern, die lediglich VIRTUELL am den Camp-aktivitäten teilnehmen können, wird über die FindMe!-APP sichergestellt. Damit leben wir in hohem Maße das Ziel der Integration und der Völkerverständigung.
Die Berufsorientierungs-Freizeit wird gefördert vom Ministerium für Wirtschaft, Verkehr, Landwirtschaft und Weinbau Rheinland-Pfalz und erfolgt in Kooperation mit der Handwerkskammer Koblenz.
Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die regionalen LIONS Clubs und alle unsere Sponsoren für ihre vielfältige und tatkräftige Unterstützung, um dieses Camp auf die Beine zu stellen!
Für die Gestaltung der „Berufsorientierung mit Spaß“ können sich gerne noch Firmen, die ihre Berufsbilder und/oder ihr Unternehmen vorstellen und den Jugendlichen Tages-Schnupper-Praktika anbieten möchten, einbringen.
Dies kann vor Ort in der Marina Winningen oder im jeweiligen Unternehmen erfolgen; im letzteren Fall ist die Abholung und der Rücktransport der Jugendlichen (Max. 2-3 Personen je Betrieb) sowie die Mittagsverpflegung im Unternehmen nach Möglichkeit bitte eigenständig zu organisieren.
Für alle Teilnehmer:innen an den Präsenz-Maßnahmen inkl. Firmenbesuchen und Ferienfreizeit ist die Vorlage eines aktuellen negativen Corona-Tests erforderlich.
ACTIVITIES:
Both the local youth and the international virtual participants are invited to actively participate in all activities for a real exchange. The continuous participation of our VIRTUAL in our Camp-Activities is ensured via the FindMe! -APP. With this we live to a large extent the goal of integration and international understanding.
This Career orientation with vacation leisure is promoted by the Ministry of Economics, Transport, Agriculture and Viticulture of Rhineland-Palatinate in cooperation with the Chamber of Crafts Koblenz. Thanks a lot to the local LIONS Clubs and our multiple sponsors helping us to create this event.
Companies that would like to present their job descriptions and / or their company and offer young people day-trial internships to organize the “job orientation with fun” are welcome.
This can be done on site in the Marina Winningen or in the respective company; in the latter case, the pick-up and return transport of the young people (max. 2-3 people per company) as well as lunch in the company should to be organized by the company itself if possible.
For all participants of the camp in presence an actual negative corona-test is required.
